The Intersection of Hand & Machine

Where Handwork Meets Ingenuity

Made with Intention, Ready for What's Next

Our craft is a practice of care, curiosity, and constant refinement - rooted in legacy and built for what's coming.

Crafted with Care, Driven by Precision

At JSI our deep respect for materials meets the drive to improve every detail, because we believe great design begins with understanding what you're working with.

A Playground for Possibility, Built by Bold Ideas

Where hand and machine, art and science, come together - giving you the tools, control, and freedom to bring your vision to life, down to every detail.

Innovation isn’t just where we began–it’s how we keep pushing boundaries and advancing craft to meet real human needs.

Evolving with Purpose

Our legacy isn’t just where we’ve been—it’s the care, commitment, and connection we carry forward into every piece we make.

Rooted in Place. Refined Through Practice.

Our approach to craftsmanship is shaped by where we’re from—the forests of Southern Indiana and a 150-year tradition of woodworking. It’s a legacy you can feel in every joint, curve, and carefully chosen material.
